Beten provides the following limited warranty, which applies solely to the original end-user and not to any other purchaser or transferee.
For LCD Displays:
Beten guarantees that the LCD panel and parts are free from defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use for a period of three years from the date of initial retail purchase.
Beten provides a one-year warranty for the original LCD panel and a three-year warranty for the parts from the date of initial retail purchase. During this period, Beten will repair or replace any defective product and parts free of charge.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Mechanical or electrical damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, or usage.
Damages resulting from activities that are inconsistent with the operation manual or contrary to the technical specifications provided with the device.
Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lightning or other natural disasters, wars, unforeseen events, inappropriate voltage, defective power supply materials, or other external factors.
Devices that have been tampered with by the warranty beneficiary or any other person, including reconfiguration, repair, intentional structural changes, modifications, and adjustments.
Devices with damaged or illegible serial numbers and/or guarantor seals.
Activities specified in the operation manual, remain the sole responsibility of the customer at their own expense.
Defects resulting from the use of improper or non-genuine supply materials.
Damages caused by user error or lack of knowledge.
Malfunction of the device due to conflicts or incompatibility between software applications.
The guarantor reserves the right to refuse warranty services if providing them would violate applicable laws.
The rights granted by this warranty do not include the warranty beneficiary’s right to claim any lost profits resulting from device defects. The guarantor shall not be held responsible for any material losses caused by the defective product.
